Full Package
As part of our full bar experience, we take full care of all your liquid catering needs, meaning you are free to enjoy the moment and celebrate with your guests, without a single worry when it comes to your drinks.
As the round bar is modular, it is available to hire as a whole, in half or any size or configuration you wish. The half option is the perfect solution when space is slightly more restricted, or where guest numbers are smaller, as the full bar measures 13 feet in diameter. This large bar as a whole set-up makes the perfect impactful & wonderfully social bar for any wedding or event. The 360-degree service space allows for easy service for large guest numbers.
The filament light ring
The filament light ring above the bar really draws the eye and makes the bar that little bit more special. We recommend you hire this with the bar, but is an optional extra. The light ring is hung on chains which make it adjustable and easy to decorate with foliage if you wish. The light ring has been fabricated by hand from a cattle feeder, the bars have been cut off making the perfect candle holders all the way round.
Set-Up:
We will set up the bar well in advance of your event. If you have chosen the filament light ring with your bar hire we would preferably like to set this up the same day as your marquee or structure is being erected.
We arrive nice and early at your venue to set up the bar, get the drinks chilling, prepare your pre-booked drink plans and make sure the bar looks incredible. We can finish the bar with our own decorations or you can decorate the bar in keeping with your theme.
Break Down:
Once your celebrations come to a close we will be back early the following day to put everything away and dismantle the bar.
Insurance & Licencing
We have comprehensive employer & public liability insurance and there will always be a licensee at your event, acquiring a temporary notice (TEN), when needed is included in our full package.
Payment Options
Choose from an open bar (you pay), part paid bar (you pay some) or cash bar (guests pay)
For the latter two, we accept both cash or card payments at the bar (signal permitting) to make it easy for your guests.
